2. Service Description

effectly.ai provides an autonomous SEO platform that audits your websites, analyzes competitors, and applies fixes by writing directly to your content management system (CMS). The Service runs automated processes that may create, modify, or delete content on your connected sites. You retain full control over which changes are applied and can configure approval workflows for higher-risk changes.

3. Account Obligations

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate, complete information when registering and keep it updated. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or breach of security.

4. CMS Access and Permissions

To perform its functions, the Service requires access to your CMS (e.g., WordPress, Contentful, Shopify, GitHub). By connecting a site, you grant effectly.ai permission to read, write, and modify content as specified in your configuration. You represent that you have the right to grant such access and that you own or control the sites you connect. You are solely responsible for the content and configuration of your sites and for reviewing any changes before or after they are applied.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Infringe the intellectual property or other rights of third parties.
• Distribute malware, spam, or harmful content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or third-party systems.
• Use the Service for any illegal or fraudulent purpose.

We do not claim ownership of content on your sites. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to access and modify your connected sites as necessary to provide the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, effectly.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability for certain damages; in such cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
